"We found the location to be ideal and convenient for the Aldstadt. The hotel is superbly placed and in easy reach of the main railway. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delightful in range and quality with as many double espressos as we could handle! The spa was of excellent quality with great ease of use being on a booking system."

Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday. "Very nice and clean place. Well maintained. Expensive for what you get. No coffee machine or refrigerator in the room. For coffee you need to pay for a very expensive buffet ($22) or drive to the next town. Virtually no soap in the room. Need to press the dispenser a lot to get any soap. Owner was untruthful with me about dinner. Told me the only option was a four course meal also expensive but very tasty. After I received my meal I started seeing other diners (locals) getting different...

"A very nice hotel. Superb breakfast but no evening meals available. Wifi in the common areas but not in our room which was in the annex on the opposite side of the small carpark. Hotel is in the pedestrian area at the very centre of the town which has a nice atmosphere and good bars and restaurants. Frinedly staff. Only criticism : hotel impossible to find by car unless you know exactly where to go. The booking does not make it at all clear. Email the hotel for directions to their car...

"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"
