"Well, unfortunately our stay this time around was not very pleasant. The room was nice and clean, but the day after we took our showers and went on about our day. That evening after we had been out of the room all day, the room hadn't been attended, trash hadn't been picked up, bathroom hadn't been cleaned up, and entire room hadn't been swept, plus our dirty towels from our showers were still on the bathroom floor like we left them, and unfortunately no clean towels had been put in the bathroom. That evening my husband called the front desk to ask for clean towels, they never were delivered. So, i took the initiative to walk to the front office to ask for towels, the lady said she'd take them to the room, nothing was delivered & it was after 9p.m. so my husband went down there and complained again and finally the towels were delivered. This was a bit inconvenient for us to have to walk down there because we are both handicapped people. I am putting this complaint because it was an inconvenience and i don't want anyone else to have to go through this. Hire people who are willing to work for their money and not just take it. Thank you. "

"I have stayed at Americas Best Value Inn in Vega many times, and I am always pleased with the service. It is an older motel, and sometimes things are not perfect, but I have found that if I talk with the owner, he will fix anything. The room I stay in is always very clean and comfortable."
