Decent stay for the price. The rooms and facilities are a bit dated but overall pretty clean. A couple of things that were annoying: (1) no towels available for the pool/spa on any of the 3 nights we stayed. Most people go to the hot tub in the evening so the towels should be fully stocked. None available at the front desk either. (2) hot tub water was lukewarm at best on second night, and the timer for the bubbles is locked at a max of 7 minutes which makes it so you have to get out and restart it every 7 minutes. (3) our stay was Friday-Monday with Monday being a federal holiday. Signs for the breakfast said breakfast ends at 10:30am on weekends and holidays however, when we went down to eat at 9:30am we were not allowed in to eat or get coffee, etc.

It was horrible! I lost my I.D. and didn't realize until I was checking in and had a work I.D. with my picture, 5 credit cards, and had my driver's license on my phone and the lady at the check in desk would not let me get the room I had already paid for. I was in tears not knowing what to do and she was so rude and heartless. I literally went to the hotel next door, explained my situation and they let me rent a room. Thank God for good people.

Awesome hotel in Durango. Beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great. We traveled with kids and pets. The kids loved the free popcorn and cookies in the lobby each evening. Very quiet and safe hotel. Close to shopping, dining and activities. Doug was very kind and welcoming. He made the check in and check out process very easy. We loved everything about this hotel and will definitely be back.

The entrance/exit to hotel is difficult to manage due to excessive snow. It and parking lot need to be plowed. It’s nothing but slush in the lot which overnight will freeze and be ice. It’s been 2 days since they incurred snow.

Someone in the room next door or nearby is smoking cigarettes. I told someone at the front desk. There is a large gap in the entry door of my room on the side and the bottom. I can actually see out into the hallway. The smoke smell is coming into my room.
