"All concerns we had after reading some reviews vanished as soon as we arrived. We were warmly greeted by employees as soon as we entered as well as at the front desk. We spoke both French and English. I asked if we could be on the same floor as my in-laws arriving the following day, and after confirming we were all able to climb a flight of stairs since the elevators stop at floor 30, they accommodated. Room 3117 was clean and comfy, including the bed. Cool view! As Paris was unusually sunny and warm 18C (65F) for March, our room got a little warm on the 2nd day. I informed the front desk, and within 20 minutes, a maintenance person arrived. He said the AC system was not working, but the repair person is out for the weekend. He asked if we wanted to move rooms or use a fan. We wanted to stay on 31st floor, so fan it was, and it worked great. I used the pool twice. Everyone employee we met was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Location was great! Many excellent restaurants and shopping. including Monoprix supermarket, adjacent in Beaugrenelle. Metro station Charles-Michels 5 mins. Check out Cojean Cafe for breakfast around the corner and Cafe Beaugrenelle for dinner across from metro station. Eiffel Tower 15-minute walk. My in-laws liked it so much they returned the next weekend before flying out. Parking is 35 Euros per night."

"Family of 4 stayed one night. Great central location. Appreciated the separate toliet and shower rooms. Also mini kitchen with fridge, sink, and coffee. Only request would be a water kettle. "

"It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was easy walking distance to many points of interest (the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame, etc.)"

"Excellent location to Disneyland Paris & local train station. Bus stop literally outside entrance with bus to & from Disney in about 15 mins €2. Uber 8 mins €12 to Disney. Pizza/fast food restaurant 30 sec walk open till midnight perfect for food after full day at Disney. Clean, large rooms with everything needed. Would highly recommend for families. Thank you "

"It's a really nice, clean and modern hostel. The beds are comfortable and the curtain gives you a feeling of your own private little nook with your own shelf, light, mirror, plug, and a lockable safety box, big enough to fit a laptop in. There's a bar on location with various events (karaoke, DJ night, etc) throughout the week for your entertainment. The 5 sec.-at-a-time showers, though initially annoying, are an important environmental initiative that I appreciate. I would stay here again and I would recommend this place. "
