At night, the boats aren’t used, and you have to walk a considerable distance through dark narrow alleyways to reach the hotel from the nearest car. The rooms are a bit disappointing, small and not very luxurious, but clean. The food is delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The yoga instructor on the roof is sweet and does his best to encourage mind body connection. But it’s the location, with the ghats directly accessible...

"First time trying Ramada and me and my kids enjoyed the stay. Will stay again if we come to kasi. WiFi was poor inside the rooms and hence my daughter had to go to the lobby to work on demand. Better WiFi connections will benefit those who needs to work as part of these personal trips. Loved the shower head even-though the tub was too old. "

"Excellent stay in Varanasi. Nice large property - oasis in the chaos of the streets of Varanasi. Property undergoing some construction updates. Main restaurant was moved to what might have been conference rooms - less than a nice eating venue. I'm sure it will all be wonderful after construction is complete. "

"Booking was supposed to include breakfast; however, the owner charged us 450. Went on 2nd morning for breakfast because we had a walking tour booked but the owner is the only staff who can speak English and he was sleeping in the lobby. Cook refused to look at photos on my phone of what we wanted to eat. Noise level was INSANE. Got perhaps 4 hours of sleep each night. Checked out of hotel one day early without breakfast again because we needed to get some sleep before traveling to our next...
