"Rooms and checkin were great. What gives this less stars is that the service in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner is terribly slow and they forgot your order! Also lots of mosquitos inside restaurant and outside surroundings."

"We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. "

"Wonderful staff and convenient to all places close but cannot get into hotel in the evening as road blocked off by police, they need to fix it as very inconvenient to guests arriving in the evenings to carry in baggage "

"Property is is great location and attractions were easily accessible general staff was fluently but front office could put a little smile on their face. Rooms and was rooms were clean however rooms does not depict what’s shown in booking pictures. Only complaint was the mattress was hard worn out and not comfortable based upon pricing literally all the springs should be felt."

"Super convenient to Vishwanath Temple. Indian hotels needs a big customer service lesson in regards to toiletries. Asked many times for fresh hand towels but never received for the first 2 nights. After repeatedly demanding they gave 1 on the day of my checkout. "
