"Try to arrive during the day, so you can come by boat to the hotel. At night, the boats aren’t used, and you have to walk a considerable distance through dark narrow alleyways to reach the hotel from the nearest car. The rooms are a bit disappointing, small and not very luxurious, but clean. The food is delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The yoga instructor on the roof is sweet and does his best to encourage mind body connection. But it’s the location, with the ghats directly accessible by elevator, that makes this palace special. "

"We were not able to find this place I Shivala. The telephone number provided for the property was not answers on both days for which we had booked the hotel. This looks like a con. Our money should be refunded with an apology from the hotel and expedia"

"Satisfied with my stay at Vedangam. Staff was courteous, Food from Vasudha restaurant was good. Overall I would suggest this hotel. Con: Shower area water flooding into other areas of the bathroom. They can do something about it."

"Location of the Hotel is excellent .Accessibility to all sights were very easy as a tourist .Food's quality were very good .Services of crew members were worth appreciating . I would like to suggest some more additional improvement I stayed in room no 403 : - 1) . mirror position need to be relocated at a convenient place for easiest access to the nearest of the mirror with a light on the wall . 2) Up dating of the room before handing over the room to the customer for stay .For example in room no 405 - Flash tank not functioning .In both room 403 and 405 commode showers water flow very slow and less ,needs cleaning of the filters. 3) Availability of chair and thermos flask in all rooms . This two items were not in room no 405 . 4) Supply of hot water must be made available from morning 5 AM onwards as most visitors are on pilgrimage tour and would like to visit temples after taking bath . I would request you to provide electric flask in every room as a positive improvement .and periodic maintenance must be done methodically . I thanks the management for the excellent support extended to customers ."

"We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. "

"We had a room with river view which was lovely. Air conditioner worked well and also had a fan. Hotel staff extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Bed comfortable and shower was very good. Breakfast included which we picked off of a menu. First day raining so we had in our room, second day on the roof top which had great view. After contacting them prior to staying they organised shuttle from airport and return as you can not park close to the B&B. Short walk to lots of restaurant options also and shops for tourist stuff for chemist etc all within easy reach. Would definitely return and recommend."
