While the Expedia refund could not happen to no fault of the hotel, our manager friend delivered so much value and benefits to our stay that we felt fully whole. From the personal greetings and farewells, to all the excellent meals and customer service in between, we were blown away impressed by this hotel and its management. Views to the Taj are the best and the pool was perfection. I will recommend to everyone to stay here "

"Very nice property and they are trying to give exceptional service. The staff at the restaurant need better training. Every time they handed me any cutlery they would extra clean it with their fingers, and they were not very thorough cleaning the tables, but I would definitely stay here again"

Main restaurant was moved to what might have been conference rooms - less than a nice eating venue. I'm sure it will all be wonderful after construction is complete. "
