"I really like this hotel overall-the common areas are comfortable, clean, rooms are quiet, but since my last stay there are signs of neglect. The value of the “Resort fee” is not there at all. The kids club room was not well stocked, the coloring books and art supplies were old and not appealing for the kids. There was a gaming system but no games. The hot tub had scum lines on the tiles and a lot of debris on the bottom. The hotel is beautiful but rooms are dated and show signs of age. ...

"The Hotel was very clean. We booked for 2 nights. Very nice breakfast, the room was very big and they provided coffee machine and even a microwave in the room. Also, coffee n juice available 24 hours near the reception area. Overall, a nice hotel in a good budget in Quebec city. It's a little far from hustle n bustle of downtown, which I liked. The hotel had a huge parking lot, which is a big plus point. "

"Stayed 2 nights at Hotel du Nord. Budget hotel but services are pretty good. Receptionist are very accomodating and friendly. Parking is free with free breakfast that you are grab and go. Location "
