"Great hotel to stay while in Annecy. Walking distance to the old town and the lake. The room was very clean and comfortable - though the bed was much too hard for us. The hotel is very modern with modern decor. Breakfast was good in the restaurant overlooking the lake. We had a really great stay at Le Pelican hotel. "

"We only stayed one night, and I was okay with the Adelphia - because I booked it - but my wife didn’t like it. It’s a little tired and in need of maintenance. To use the spa you have to ask at reception for bathrobes, then traipse thru the bar to get to the spa pools, swimming pool, and sauna/hammam. We didn’t see anybody use the changing rooms; they all seemed to change in their own rooms and walk through the hotel and bar in their bathrobes. Fortunately, there were no customers in the bar at...

"Excellent friendly service. Spotless. Fantastic breakfast. We asked for a cot for our 1yo and they delivered and confirmed via messages too. Great communication and instructions. Very secure car park. Absolutely stunning location. Could not fault it!"

"Good location near the centre, payable parking at the hotel (13€), room and bathroom decent and clean. Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. Other than that the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was good value for money"
