"Spacious room, well equipped kitchen w/fridge. Bed was really nice, sofa bed was equally nice. We had an issue with the toilet sink that wet our towels, staff immediately gave us dry towels and fixed the issue the next morning. Otherwise, a well-located place to walk around Valencia's town centre, with nice places to eat around it."

"Happy to find this place near the train station. The location was perfect for me as the area is near hip pubs/restaurants and also not far from the old town. There is a metro station in front of the hotel. The service was excellent, they offered suggestions on what to do, they have bikes for rent and one can get the busy tickets from them. My suite had all the things I needed, a fridge, a microwave, water heater, Nespresso machine and a bread toaster. There was a hot plate but I didn't use it....

"It was nice to have the studio apartment & the option of laundry. Quick glance all looks well. The bedding had a “sour” smell like the sheets were left in the washing machine for days then dried. The towels were fine, no bad odour. The front load washing machine was wet & damp upon opening it. After wiping it clean & leaving the door open for a day, it was better. Front load washing machines will always breed mold & bacteria if left closed after a wash is completed & not allowed to air...

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"This is a great place to stay due to its position. Everything is right on the doorstep or within a 10 minute walk. The flat is really functional and a very comfortable bed. Being a bit of a techie loved how you enter the building etc. Although not sure what you'd do if you left your phone in the flat by mistake when staff have left for the day. I booked this as pay on the day but they have a policy of requesting payment before you arrive. Not an issue but maybe something to look at if they...
