"Where do I start? This property was what we had hoped for and more. This was our third family holiday to spain travelling with our 6 and 9 year old and the property was just perfect. A 5 minute walk from the local shop and bakery and bar and a short drive away from the beautiful Arenal beach. The property itself is located a 5 minute drive from the local beach and the roof terrace is just breathtaking, with almost panoramic sea views. The property has several outdoor seating areas, which was very convenient for sunning by the pool, watching the children play football on the gym/ green area to the side of the house and a beautiful large outdoor seated area, which we were able to enjoy a lovely family barbecue. The inside of the property delivered the same choice of space. The decor was stunning and the rooms were light and airy and the beds were so comfortable. This villa really has it all and more. Jen the host was so helpful during our stay and even after a rocky start to the holiday (where our car broke down) Jen kept in close contact offering to help in any way she could. This property came with an abundance of toys, games and we were so lucky with the beautiful weather our children spent most of the time in the pool snorkelling and playing outside. If you’re looking for a versatile, beautifully decorated villa which has it all look no further! Thank you again to Jen and her family and we can’t wait to come back! X"

"Where should I start? From the very beginning, Matthew (the host) was incredibly helpful, responsive, and prompt. My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa. Matthew and Emma have thought of every detail to make your stay as comfortable and "home away from home" as possible. We spent our days by the pool and our evenings cooking in the summer kitchen outside - it was pure bliss. Our only regret was booking 7 days! The villa is equipped with modern appliances and comfortable beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, providing privacy for the whole family. Additionally, they have included extras like baby equipment, pool inflatables, and an outdoor playground, which made my daughter's joy even greater as our grandson always had something to do in a safe environment. Javea is a lovely resort, with plenty of things to do and see. We visited the water park, the market, and enjoyed meals out, and we were never disappointed. We will definitely be returning! My husband and I have recommended Matthew and his lovely villa to all my friends and family. Thank you for having us and for the memories. "

"We love love love this house! Outside area is fabulous and the kitchen is well equipped plus the gas Barbeque. We are 2 adults and 2 teenage girls and all loved the closeness to shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and the beach. We also used it as a base for exploring further afield. We highly recommend this house!"
