"The Best Western Bandera hotel was super cute! It was designed with the "Cowboy Capital of the World" atmosphere. The staff were all very hospitable and friendly. We were treated very well. The one down side to our room was that there was no door to the bathroom, and that left it open to the entrance and anyone in the room was trapped inside the room if someone was using the bathroom or trapped outside the room if they were outside. Secluded Cabin on 1000 Acre Ranch Between Lost Maples & Garner

Perfect Place To Unplug

"The cabin was everything we needed for a weekend getaway! Directly in between Lost Maples & Garner, it allowed us easily visit both parks. The front porch had a wonderful view of the hills to the east while the back porch had a covered area with so many cardinals - and even a few deer came by at sunset. The inside of the cabin was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to go back!"

Crystal Clear Frio River PRIME ECLIPSE VIEWING

Absolutely Lovely

"This cabin was bright and fresh looking. One of the cleanest I have been in on my travels through the hill country. We opted for the bedding, towels and extras for additional fee, which was well worth it. I wish I had remembered to bring a couple of camping chairs to set on while watching a movie when it was to cold to hike. The kitchen had all we needed to cook. A short distance trail led to the waterside that looked awesome for swimming. The host was excellent. About 35 miles to Lost Maples State Park. "

"The pictures do not do this place justice! It far exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Rick, the host, was great with communication and flexibility. The house was spotless and included everything we needed for our stay. The grounds were beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely return! "
