"Perfect for my Wife and I. Used all of kitchen and it accommodated us. AC kept us cool all weekend. The “wee store” next door had anything we needed or forgot from home. It is also close to everything but far enough away from all of the crowded spots. Will definitely be booking again for future trips."

"This place is an amazing, family friendly place to stay. From picnicking down by the spring to catching lightening bugs and seeing the bats then walking up to swim in the luxury pool! We loved every minute of it and the host was VERY accommodating and helped us with every question we had. 100% recommend for a couple or for a family!! Everything is a walk away. You don’t even have to leave"

"My wife and I dropped our kids at a camp close by and wanted to have a couple nights of just us enjoying the frio region and all it has to offer. Water was low on all parts of the Frio, but having water access across the street was great!! Cabin was charming, quiet, and had all the needed amenities. "The cabin was great! The AC wouldn’t go lower than 70 but we did bring our own fans so it wasn’t that big of a deal. The pool was great! There were towels down their for your use, but they were tiny on adults. Also, there was no trash can down there but I did speak to a person about that and they thought it was a great idea. Overall I absolutely didn’t have any problems, everyone was super nice and very relaxed!"

"It was my wife and I and our two dogs. One of our dogs is a lab mix and she took every opportunity to get in the water. She quickly learned the location of steps for easy access. We did experience one hiccup and that was the sporadic hot water. I called Veronica and the next thing I know, the maintenance guy shows up and troubleshoots the tankless water heater. Come to find out, it was spider webs preventing a full heating. All in all, this place is absolutely gorgeous and is very secluded."
