"We had a great stay at the Bunk House. The bed was very comfortable and the area quiet. The fresh eggs from the chicken coop were an added bonus. "We loved the privacy of having our own little "cottage". The covered parking which went right up to the door was perfect: especially when we returned one evening during a torrential downpour! "This is a very pleasant cabin, and the owners are very friendly and accomodating. The views from the cabin are wonderful, with the occasional deer sayin hello. Our only issue was the long uphill walk from the owner's house to the cabin, since my girlfriend has a heart condition and had a hard time with the walk. Other than that, we fully enjoyed it."

If your looking for the honeymoon suite, this is not it. The picture of the porch and the scenic Mountain View does not belong to this house. "This place is a gem. A wonderful, secluded gem. The cabin sits by itself, surrounded by nature with no one else around. Very quiet. However, within about 30 minutes give or take you can be at Garner State Park or our favorite, Lost Maples Sate Natural Area. The hosts are very accommodating. "

"This place is just A-MAZING!!! We were a huge party of 26 people with ages ranging between 6-78. Tons of games and activities helped keep everyone busy.
