"Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, comfortable and quite large by Japanese hotel room standards. The property is opposite a familymart and is within 5 minute walking distance to metro and JR line trains adding extra convenience. "

"I like the location because the immediate few blocks were fairly quiet but you were a 7 minute walk to the center of Shinjuku, the train station, shopping, nightlife, etc. Only "oddity", and I suspect this is true across most Japan hotels, was there were no "common areas" to congregate. So nowhere to go in the lobby areas and have a coffee, a snack or do some work. No tables or chairs. But overall, was very happy with the hotel."

"The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from Shinjuku Station and being near the Kabukicho area, there is abundance of food and shopping. You can also easily walk to the biggest Isetan store, Disney flagship store, money changers, etc. The hotel rooms are on the compact side with limited storage space for your luggage. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Perfect for people travelling in pairs. Fortunately for us, we booked 3 rooms for a family of 5."

"There’s more positives than negatives. The proximity to shopping areas is superb. The hotel is well maintained but laundry facilities is outdated and pillows are not comfortable to seniors like us."

"This hotel was convenient as it is directly across from the Shinagawa Train Station which also has the Shinkansen (bullet train), as well as the JR Tokyo Loop Line (Yamanote Line) for easy access within Tokyo and beyond. The hotel property is huge and has a 7 Eleven right on the property. The room we booked was on the large size for a Tokyo hotel room, and we were very comfortable. "First time stay to visit Disney parks. Very convenient with easy access to Bayside station with shuttle or quick walk. Appreciate the bus service to Maihama station. Room was nice and clean and very comfortable. Saw Mt. Fuji for the first time from my balcony. Amazing!"
