"It was a lovely hotel in a perfect location. Loads of restaurants, cafes nearby and of course central park was super close. Wonderful staff, Jeremy at the reception gave brilliant dining recommendations. The room was small but okay for a short trip."

"From the minute we arrived we where greeted to a friendly staff from the door man, manager and front desk staff. Room was ready early, room was very clean and quiet. Enjoy the TV in the mirror in the bathroom and best hair dyer I have ever used in a hotel!"

"Amazing quality hotel. The staff is amazing and very attentive to all needs. The food is of very high quality and well served. Loved the jazz bar at night and the breakfast in the morning. I definitely give it 5 stars, but need to acknowledge that the gym is many steps below the quality of the rest of the hotel. There are also very limited vegan options in the restaurants, but they make up for it with great espresso! Will definitely return to The Carlyle on subsequent visits to NYC! "

"It's a 4th foor walk up so be healthy luckily we were and had no problems with that... great area and four bedrooms is hard to find in the mimiddle of New York so we were qquite pleased"

"We loved renting this apartment! The four bedrooms, 2.5 baths were perfect for our crew of 6! We adored the quintessential fire escape out one of the windows and the balcony with comfy furniture! The kitchen was gorgeous and bathrooms were so up to date and pretty! The kitchen table was very large, so much so that we couldn’t use one side of it, but the 3 seats we used were very nice! The couch was comfy and pulls out into a bed. We had a slight issue putting the door code in the first time, however the owner quickly FaceTimed me and told us what we were doing wrong! None of the bedrooms had dressers, but we didn’t have an issue with that because each room had nice size closets! There was an extremely nice washer and dryer in the unit, unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage of it due to not having detergent. The apartment was 2/3 blocks from the subway station. Overall I would 100% recommend this property for a large group or family! Bonus: there’s a Starbucks right next door! "

"We experienced a few hiccups upon arrival that were instantly rectified by our host. This is a great place to stay in a great location. So much of NYC at your fingertips. Will definitly be staying here again."
