"Hotel is very nice and it’s located in a quieter area which is not bad. I didn’t like the fact that the restaurant is very expensive, overpriced and on top of that the two times we went to eat there, one at dinner time and the other during breakfast, we felt like the employees will look at us from top to bottom and ignore us just because of the way we were dressed which was not on a suit and tie so I didn’t feel comfortable, appreciated and definitely not welcome as a guest of the hotel"

"I asked the property management if I could cancel and receive a full refund (even though they have a no refund policy). They told me yes, so I booked another hotel. Unfortunately, management never processed the refund and later told me they weren’t going to. So, I was stuck paying for two hotels for the same trip. If they had just originally told me that they weren’t willing to give me a refund, that would have been fine, I wouldn’t have made the extra booking and lost that money. I’m not sure why they would have told me they would provide a refund. Maybe they were hoping to book the property again for the same dates and make twice the money? In any case, I’m out $4K because of these crooks. Do not stay here! "
