"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"This place made our vacation one of the best! Very clean and have more than you can ask for. No wifi, but you can get the next door shop free wifi from 8am to 8pm. "The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps. "

"Don't be daunted with the fact that there isnt a grocery store or ATM in Gimmelwald! There are 2 bars across the street with pizza and drinks. A quick cable car to Murren for a Food Co-op or cable and bus to Lauterbrunnen for another Co-op which both have all you need is easy!The views, the peaceful quiet is amazing! All one hears are the bells of goats/cows. Love Love this place! comfortabnle, and very clean! Very attentive, manager onsite when we arrived! Highly recommend! "
