Free mini bar with softdrinks and beer and fruits too. complimentary shuttle on arrival and departure to the station, very efficient. the room is very new and clean. good restaurant and lounge. Offer cakes, coffee and tea during tea time for all hotel guests. very recommend and will stay there again."

"Stayed 2 nights. Decent rooms (old but clean) Great Breakfast, great staff. Easy walk to all activities, cable cars and Gornergrat train. I recommend letting them know when you will arrive on the train from Tasch. They will pick you up at the station, else it is ~15min walk with your luggage. "

"This property is the iconic Swiss hotel with friendly staff and spectacular views. Our room was on the lowest floor but still had a Mountain View. However, it shared a public terrace instead of a private terrace, which was the case of the upper floors. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much. "
