"Hotel was very nice and in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to Big Ben. Regular room (accessible) was a very good size. King bed and bedding were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was okay. Fairly large selection. They moved a lot of people through the breakfast area quickly. Staff was friendly. Everything was very clean and well kept. We stayed here based on a recommendation and I would also recommended and stay here again. "

The hotel is in a perfect location where everything is so accessible and the main attractions are so close yet it is in such a quiet place. So many amazing restaurants nearby. "very good location right beside Dominion Theatre & TCR tube & Elizabeth line stations plus buses to jus about everywhere. stairs on entry to hotel a pain but disabled “lift” made arrival with luggage accessible. quick efficient friendly check in, quick lift and renovated single room perfect with even fridge, safe, A/C TV too complicated (I never did get it to work!) woul stay again & recommend "
