"My son and I had an amazing birthday weekend at the Yurt. The seclusion was exactly what we were looking for, offering the perfect escape from the city. The surroundings were peaceful and allowed us to fully enjoy nature. The Yurt itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for our needs. Gisela, the owner, was wonderful to communicate with—she was always responsive, friendly, and helpful both over the phone and through messages. We truly felt taken care of. "This is a wonderful house for our group of 9. We have traveled the country over the past 20 years and this is one of the best houses we have stayed in. Roomy and comfortable with a great deck and view. Host was terrific and this house included everything we needed for a wonderful week. So much to do in the area, we all committed to a return trip!"

"The home is just as described. Kitchen was large, allowing lots of space for multiple people to work at the same time. The dining room provided more than enough space to play games and eat at the tables. The living room is one of the coziest I've encountered at rental house. It has lots of soft seating and a fireplace.We brought some of our own kitchen supplies along(serving spoons) and were glad to have them. The second floor bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms while there is one bathroom on...

"We made a last minute reservation at Rustic Family Retreat for our adult children and a few of their friends. The space was perfect us as everyone got their own room while the kitchen/dining/family area was spacious snd comfortable. The location is a secluded spot at the top of a hill. The property was attached to another unit, but it was not a problem at all. There is only one adjoining room and we didn’t see them or hear them. It was really nice, Jewel was super-responsive. . Highly recommend....

"We enjoyed our stay at Steve and Ashley’s home. There was enough space for 10 of us, which I coded two children under 2. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had fun playing the many board games that they had there. It is close to Kingston and other small towns in the Hudson Valley. The hosts were very responsive, and the checkin and check out process was easy. "

"We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room and it was very clean! If I could suggest something it would be more seating in the TV room and window coverings in the bathrooms. I know there is no other house close by but if you were there with a lot of people and they were in the yard, I would have been more comfortable with some covering on those windows. :-) "
