"We chose this hotel for its convenience to Vassar College for a visit and it proved to be convenient, comfortable, and affordable. Special appreciation to the night desk clerk who, when I asked if there was a place we could purchase a phone charger because my son had forgotten to bring his, told us that places were closed but quickly offered to loan us one from the front desk."

"We had 8 adults, 6 kids and a few dogs. The house could not have been more perfect for the 4 families, 2 teen girls, 1 teen boy and the little kids too. There was more than enough space, bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! The kitchen is heart of the home and there was more than enough space for all of us to cook, clean and hangout together without being in top of each other. We got lucky with amazing weather and spent our nights by the fire pit playing outside. The kids loved playing ping pong. The hosts sent a wonderful list of places to eat and things to do before we came and we got to explore and enjoy sites outside the house and then come home and relax in this beautiful space. We had the most incredible time at the Jewel House and are so grateful to have made lifetime memories here. We can’t wait to come back again!!! Thank you for your quick responses to us and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!!! "

"The Church was a great spot for our family to meet up and relax together. Glen was welcoming, generous, and available for questions. We cooked and grilled, enjoyed sitting outside and walking the property with our dog, the furniture and beds were comfy, and the complimentary eggs, milk, honey, and syrup were delicious! Thanks for helping to make our weekend so pleasant."

"Clean place, very comfortable bed, everything as in description, lovely that there were extra free channels on tv to watch, quiet location, convenient to get to tourist sites. We loved especially the Mills mansion in Staatsburg, also the River and Post restaurant, enjoyed Rhinebeck and Bocuse restaurant in CIA. "

"We made a last minute reservation at Rustic Family Retreat for our adult children and a few of their friends. The space was perfect us as everyone got their own room while the kitchen/dining/family area was spacious snd comfortable. The location is a secluded spot at the top of a hill. The property was attached to another unit, but it was not a problem at all. There is only one adjoining room and we didn’t see them or hear them. It was really nice, Jewel was super-responsive. . Highly recommend. Bruce"

"We enjoyed our stay at Steve and Ashley’s home. There was enough space for 10 of us, which I coded two children under 2. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had fun playing the many board games that they had there. It is close to Kingston and other small towns in the Hudson Valley. The hosts were very responsive, and the checkin and check out process was easy. "
