"Best apartment in the area! Stunning views surrounded by amazing waterfalls, breathtaking mountains and gorgeous goats. Apartment was very spacious, clean, had some thoughtful touches and had all the things you need. It looks better when you are there. Host was attentive, friendly and very helpful. We had a slight issue with the key safe but it was resolved in speedy time. Definitely would recommend. 5* slight"

"My husband, adult son and I stayed for several days and had a great time exploring the region. The home is lovely and comfortable, with great views, and great access to trails right out the front door. Our host was gracious and helpful with check in and check out. Our only glitch was having to pay an additional tourist fee at the end. Maybe we missed this info when we booked, but it was disappointing. Other than that, we recommend this vacation rental."

"We spent 10 wonderful days staying at Chalet Barbara. The chalet is very clean and comfortable with everything you could need for your stay. The stunning views are worth the walk up the steep hill and the hosts who live upstairs were friendly and helpful taking us to and from the station at the beginning and end of our stay so we didn’t have to struggle with luggage. "Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Grengiols verbracht und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Ort, ist aber trotzdem ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei Anreise mit dem Zug muss man berücksichtigen, dass der Bahnhof ein ganzes Stück unterhalb des Ortes liegt. Der Weg ist aber auch mit Gepäck machbar. Im Dorfladen gegenüber gibt es sogar frische Brötchen und auch sonst eigentlich alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Our stay in Wengen was wonderful. The property is spacious, clean and well laid out. Communication with Julie (property owner) was always easy and timely. We were missing a few basic essentials that were not in the apartment (napkins/paper towels, coffee pods) but that was easily resolved. We also had to request some adapters because two new kitchen appliances had Italian plugs with Swiss currents in the wall. Lastly, my only suggestion for. clarification in the listing would be to make the 600...
