"I loved staying outside of Reykjavik area and closer to the scenic areas I wanted to explore. I enjoyed staying three nights at this hotel because it was absolutely beautiful, the staff were simply extraordinary, the shop is everything I’d want to buy (if I had enough room in my luggage), and the variety of restaurants with high quality food (tacos, nachos, fish & chips) was super convenient. Free parking. Free breakfast spread including croissants, fresh bread, granola, yogurt, fruit, deli meat and cheese, etc. Additionally I recommend their cookies and hot cocoa! I had rented a car and traveled solo and went to black sand beach (2 hour drive). The krater lake was 15 minutes away as well as fabulous boutique shopping in Selfoss. There are lots of adventures (zip lining, horseback riding, hot springs, hiking, etc you can book while there). More importantly than all that was the staff. They would talk with you if your travels and respond when inquiring about recommendations. They are truly part of the awesome community in the small town. I’m definitely returning. "

"A very unique experience in a secluded part of Iceland. The bubble was private, warm, and gave great views. The property was clean, had all necessary facilities and had a warm ambience. "

No hair dryers in the rooms, but friendly staff will gladly provide you with one if asked. Would love to come back and stay a little longer than just one night! "

A 2 pas du glacier et des points de rendez vous pour les randonnées et grottes de glace (juste en face de Diamond beach d’ailleurs…) Personnel très sympa et restaurant absolument délicieux offrant une courte assez réduite mais tout fait maison… "
