"We live in northern Belize about 35 miles south of Bacalar and wanted a nice quiet, low-key get away. Just for R & R. "Everything was great with our stay Oct 26th 2024 for one night however when I booked 2 days prior it said I would be charged at the property at checkin but was still immediately charged $75.94. When I checked in at the property on 26th they charged me another $76.90. It has been 3 calls now to request a refund and 2 weeks after still nothing. This was my only concern."

"Nice location right on the lagoon. The pods are good - there’s lights, electric sockets and a fan. The openings to our pod were ripped and the zip handles damaged and a little difficult to open and close. The light breakfast was good. "
