"We didn’t like that the rooms are upstairs on a spiral staircase that is very narrow and slippery. We didn’t like the one the rooms had a key light in the bathroom not working and never replaced. We didn’t like that one of the rooms had issue accessing and had to go to the lobby several times to complain and we like that they offered free breakfast for one night as compensation ; we liked the spa facilities and the staff there. We also like tombs quality of the food at the restaurant. "
