"We really enjoyed our month in Lake Arrowhead and staying at the Castle. The location was perfect- close the the lake with a great lake view, but secluded and serene . Our home was clean, well-equipped, recently remodeled and attractive. It was exactly what we needed to relax, reset and rejuvenate! The owners were friendly, accommodating and responsive. "Great experience. The owner is very communicative. She lives at the residence along with a housekeeper but they don't bother anyone. Owner made me feel at home and took great care of me. Others were there as well but I never saw them. Pool was still not working but that was ok to me. I would definitely stay again."

"Great location, and tranquil area. Check-in was pretty smooth. Specifically picked this place as they have kitchens, which came in handy. All vital kitchenware was there too! The condo was dated, but kind of expected for the price point. Also, there was a cup next to the fireplace upon arrival which made me question the cleanliness of the place. The property does has some cool amenities like jacuzzi, pool, rec rooms, but I did not use them so can’t comment there. Overall, I had a decent stay."

"Snow lake lodge has become my go to spot for lodging when I go up to Big Bear. The condos are clean and well kept, the staff is very friendly and i enjoy using the hot tub after a day of snowboarding."
