"I carefully hunted for a room with the distance from NOS events center in mind to be semi close to the event center without overpaying for a room. This hotel is about 5 miles away & the most fairly priced room I found. Having stayed at a holiday inn before I knew what to expect. The rooms were clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Pretty small bathroom tho, & Water pressure wasn’t great but it worked. the toilet did get clogged once for no reason (but it did fix itself after a minute so it ended up being okay). Overall, for a one night stay after an event, it worked for me and my boyfriend. My only thing I wished I would have known is that even thought I did choose the pay at hotel property, my card was charged a day before I even arrived, and the card I intended to use was a different one than the one I used to secure the room with, and my card declined. So early morning prior to check in, I get a call from the hotel that my reservation was going to be canceled, unless I give them a call by 1pm. I called right away but they were so busy it did take quite some time to get someone on the phone. It got cleared up and they were nice about it. But it gave me quite a scare that I’d have to find other accommodations last minute. They said it was because on big event days their system will charge the cards ahead of the day. Which makes sense, but I never received any notice of that. It would have been helpful to know that and avoided stress. Overall still a good stay. Would return."

"Staff are friendly and courteous, they have clean rooms, and breakfast is good. The only downside is you Have to pay for parking per night."

"I loved how updated this hotel is! The staff were so friendly and accommodating! We loved that everything from food to Target for shopping was across the street...literally. We will be back to stay again as it is very close to our families."

"Heavy snow fall and no one to clear the entrance. That’s the only disadvantage about not having staff there. Small car almost got stuck in the snow. Staff was very responsive over text though. "

"I played a jazz gig at the Mission Inn years ago and vowed to stay there…finally got to! It’s nothing short of magical! Highly recommend. The history alone is staggering "
