"We appreciated the attention to details, the s’mores making packet, the coffee k-cups, every kitchen product you need to cook and enjoy a meal. The deck is wonderful, the fire pit and fireplace were both used. Instructions are everywhere so you always know how to get things done. We walked around the lake with the private pass, and it was perfect. "

"Overall my family and I had an amazing getaway and this place was just perfect. Needs a little bit of fixing up and the maids gotta make sure the linen is clean but other than that perfect size for a party of 9. Great communication with owner and I would recommend this place"

"Loved the cabin and the Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Close to the village but far away from the hustle and bustle that comes along with it. Loved our stay!"

"We stopped in Big Bear to visit with some friends that live in the area. It was the last stop on a 28 day road trip with our dogs. We had stayed in seven vacation rentals on this trip and Ellie’s house was the most welcoming, clean, and comfortable out of all of them! It just felt really relaxing to not have to worry and think of how things might not be cleaned properly. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, the yard was small but did the trick. "My daughter and I ran Revel Big Bear Lake half marathon and we turned it into a family weekend at the lake. Great little place with a well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!"

Perfect winter retreat…flat driveway with entrance door. No steep, icy stairs!!

"This is a beautiful house right in the ideal location to Downtown Big Bear. Great game room to enjoy while at the house, big fire place, nice Jacuzzi, and a very responsive property manager who made the stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks for making our family vacation an incredible one!!!"

"Enjoyed a relaxing few days at this beautiful cabin. Easy access, private parking within premises. Quiet, residential and serene neighborhood. Amenities were spot on with everything being stocked. Comfortable beds and plenty of blankets to keep us warm. The kids loved the TV lounge with access to all their kids programs. Thanks for the swift communication when we had some network issues. Resolved quick and easy. Highly recommended!"

"What an incredible experience we had in Arrowhead and our stay at Little Chip. The tri level home catered to all the kids ages 5months to 13 and had so much attention to detail in every room. "We enjoyed this spacious, comfortable house the last weekend in October. The weather was great. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I forgot dog bowls and was surprised to find them provided. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and we enjoyed the hot tub. Communication was easy, prompt, and clear. The neighborhood was quiet and very pleasant."
