"Excellent stay at Twickenham"

"We stayed in a trouble room in the attic. The check in was prompt and a member of bar staff showed us to the room. Is was nice and clean with its own showroom and toilet. Despite a loud party in the pub, there was no noise in the room. Breakfast in the morning was hearty although they maybe could invest in more superior ingredients. We’d definitely stay here again when in the area. "

"Alexander Pope hotel was truly a gem, the room was gorgeous and welcoming, with a view of the Thames and a lot of space. I love how old the building is, everything is solid wood and it makes you appreciate the history of the area, most notably nearby is Alexander Pope’s Grotto. I would love to stay here again!"

"Perfect for twickenham rugby. Very tired accommodation that could do with a bit of updating. Warm and dry room. However the staff were friendly and breakfast was good at on £8 each."
