"This two bedroom house is attractive, very clean, and set up considerately for guests. We needed extra sleeping space during a family gathering, and it was a comfortable and restful place to hang out. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were nice. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find a Keurig coffee maker and a tea kettle with a supply of coffee pods and tea. It had everything we needed for our visit."

"The property suited our family well (5 kids plus Mom & Dad)! It is a historic home in a historic neighborhood of a charming town. Excelsior Springs is close enough to KC for convenience but still has the charm of a small town. The house has 4 nice sized bedrooms with beds that are comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equipped to cook for the family. It was very clean as well with all hardwood flooring. I would highly recommend the property to any family."

"Description of house was as described. Communication with host was quick and easy. Location of house was perfect and away from the hustle and bustle of KC. The only thing I would probably suggest would be for the cleaning fee paid of $150, I would expect house to in perfect condition. The refrigerator needed to be wiped out and I had to rewash some of the dishes before using them. But I am super picky about cleanliness.
