"We have stayed here twice now and we truly love it! The host is so sweet and provides everything you could possibly need. The cottage is in the perfect location second to everything you could possibly need. Awesome hills to take a walk on. So peaceful and quiet. We will stay here from now on anytime we go to KC!"

"I rented this resort house and venue space for a staycation and my husband's surprise 55th birthday. Tania and Mark were awesome. They were easy to contact and very responsive. They helped me through the entire process. The house and the event space were beautiful and well equipped. The grounds are well cared for with gorgeous views! Would definitely rent again and highly recommend it for others. You won't be disappointed! / /"

"We traveled across the country for our stay and had never been to the platte city area. We were welcomed by a cute little town 20 minutes from our family in kansas city. We pulled into the most beautiful neighborhood with polite neighbors. the house was so nice , large, clean and had everything we could ever have needed!. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back! "

"The property is awesome for groups traveling together. The home is a split level so it allows each traveler to have a higher level of privacy than you would get in a hotel. We love going to the casinos when in KC and the Argosy is an easy drive down the street. There is a nice deck and grill provided that we would have used if it was warmer out. Overall amazing stay!"

"This is a great property. Very new. The location was close to a grocery store and not far from family we have in the area. Owner was very responsive to questions. "

"Great place to stay! Basement apartment with own private entrance and close to everything. Host was absolutely wonderful, easy to get a hold of and always a quick response. Fenced in yard was great for our dog too!! Location is close to everything and convenient. Would definitely stay here and again and highly recommend!"

"Our far flung family spent a wonderful early Christmas together for the first time in a very long time. And for the first time ever we all had a bed for our heads after a day full of family hugs, laughs and games. Every single thing about this property was perfect for our very large group. "This two bedroom house is attractive, very clean, and set up considerately for guests. We needed extra sleeping space during a family gathering, and it was a comfortable and restful place to hang out. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were nice. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find a Keurig coffee maker and a tea kettle with a supply of coffee pods and tea. It had everything we needed for our visit."

"The property suited our family well (5 kids plus Mom & Dad)! It is a historic home in a historic neighborhood of a charming town. Excelsior Springs is close enough to KC for convenience but still has the charm of a small town. The house has 4 nice sized bedrooms with beds that are comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equipped to cook for the family. It was very clean as well with all hardwood flooring. I would highly recommend the property to any family."
