Rooms are spread between the first and second floor with shuttle service and breakfast options available. Minor issues with the room where the shower was not draining properly, but was still able to freshen up. Like most houses in the UK no AC units were available in the room, but the window and time of year provided enough cooling needed for the night. Staff are friendly and the rooms were quiet...

"I just stayed for a week as I was on an educational trip near by and it is in a great location, super clean, safe, friendly staff although I hardly saw anyone. Super close to all the big supermarkets and airport and petrol stations! The bed was super comfy, the only downside is people coming in or departing early to catch flights and you can hear some noise but after about midnight its dead quiet. I would stay here again for sure."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable — everything was very clean and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The only minor downside was that our room was located on the first floor, close to the lounge and kitchen area, which made the mornings a bit noisy. Had we known, we might have chosen a room on the second floor for more quiet. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone around Gatwick airport etc. "

"I enjoyed my stay and the staff were great. But I had problems getting shower going and there was no heating on. Both problems were fixed but there could have been more info. Especially as the pub was closed the Sunday evening I arrived so no help available."
