"BluZen is a gorgeous property. The unit was overlooking the ocean, clean and full of kitchen items. The only downside is the tub did not plug. We were not able to use the bathtub and the tv internet didn’t work great but we didn’t come to watch tv. When we were there, the resort was basically empty. "Nice hotel, especially as a focal point for activities. Food in the rooftop restaurant is excellent and also a great spot to watch the sunset. I enjoyed the Italian sausage appetizer, which was a huge portion. But also the crispy beef tips, pork belly with white rice and the pork chop 😋 Food isnt consistent, though (2nd time I ordered the Italian sausage, it was overcooked and the garlic bread was barely toasted with any garlic) and I was only there 2 nights, but ate at the restaurant 3x. "Unusually odor in room, was easy to dismiss after a few minutes. Heard steps above us very often. Our room did not have much of an outside view. Staff was very kind and room was kept very clean. And very close to the water taxi"

"The hotel is beautiful but it’s still under construction: they are putting in an elevator and a roof top swimming pool. They do not have dining on site. However, there are wonderful places to dine, swim and shop in walking distance. It also has a view of the sea. L&E"

"Budget friendly hotel. The hotel doesn't have a hair dryer, ironing board or a good restaurant. They do have a snack bar and cold and headache meds which was convenient. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating but the facility is a bit run down. Particles were dropping from the curtain. They cleaned the room everyday and that was good. "

"Everyone at the hotel was super friendly. The complimentary boat and golf cart pick up are great. They were super responsive over whatsapp and helped us book things. The restaurant staff and food are also great. Highly recommend if youre staying in Caye Caulker"

"This was my second time staying at The Palms, and it remains my favorite hotel ever. If you're traveling to Belize City, I highly recommend staying here! The area is safe and quiet, with plenty of delicious food and fresh juice vendors nearby. BakeD is just around the corner—do yourself a favor and try the meat pies and cookies! The rooms are beautiful and spotless. Both the Wi-Fi and AC worked perfectly. The in-room coffee maker came with great Nespresso pods, and we were welcomed with a freshly baked coconut bread on arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. There was also a well-stocked mini fridge with a variety of drinks available for a fee. We opted to grab our own from a small convenience store just down the street, but it was great to have that option if you didn’t feel like going out. The entire property is extremely clean, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. We also chatted with several locals in the area—everyone was so warm and welcoming. The hotel’s transportation services were super convenient and made getting around easy. Overall, I can’t recommend The Palms enough. 10/10!"
