"This house is on a nice quiet dead end street so not a ton of traffic. The house is very close to all you need to enjoy Cape Coral. They have bikes you can use, walk, or rent a street legal golf cart like we did. The hot tub is a bonus as not all rentals have the luxury of having one. "Pretty house is clean and well stocked. Queen bed is very comfortable. Quiet street. It’s a 3-5 minute walk to a pretty beach and 10 minute walk to the Mound House. 1 mile drive to grocery store. Communication from management company was excellent and all processes were smooth. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Keep in mind that there is still rebuilding of area from devastating storm but progress is impressive!"
