The owner was so nice he didn’t bother me out the 2 people that stopped by to say hello When sometimes the staff will tell you the ridiculous statement that you can’t have people over your room that you rent. "This place was clean and the location on the island was good because walking distance to bars and boat ramp. Just know there is nobody from the hotel on site except when we checked in on Friday. We really didn't need anyone and I believe there was a contact phone number if we did. The place was clean and roomy. It would of been nice if my AC would of went lower or at least a fan in the room over bed as I like it cold at night but I will be coming back with wifey next time as this was a guys...

"When I used the bathroom on arrival, the cheap toilet seat broke immediately. I complained to the host via text, and although he said I could use a different apartment on the premises, he failed to indicate there was a time limit for me to move to the other unit - as I had traveled across country to see my father who was dying, there were many things I had to take care of the first day and didn't see the host's late night text because I had fallen asleep. In the end, he blamed me for not moving...
