The sidewalks and stairs into the house were not shoveled creating a dangerous situation trying to get into the house. There also was no snow shovel on site to remove the snow. "We enjoyed our stay a the Cozy Shaw. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was nice. If you are staying here in the winter time, please know that the city does not plow this neighborhood's streets. This means there is ice on the road and on the side walk. The hosts of this house did clear off our parking spots and the sidewalk in front of the house, but driving is still quite difficult. We did have one hicup during our stay. One of the shower faucets did not turn off after we used it....

"I can’t say enough good things about this property! My family, friends and I (5 guests) stayed at this property over the weekend for my birthday weekend to attend the Usher concert. This place was in the BEST location- we were literally no more than 10 mins away from everything! The home is beautiful and very well maintained- very clean, well kept, stocked with necessity and spacious! We had more than enough room for all 5 of us!
