He then did not say a word during the transaction and handed me the card key, again without saying anything. The check out clerk was nicer and spoke to me. This is unusual, as i usually experience good customer service at this particular hotel and location. "

"Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet! Stayed here with my fiance and it was just what we needed! Love the fact that motel 6 doesn't use carpets because anything can be in those things! Would stay here again if I'm in Troy!"

"Staff was great from manager to front desk to housekeeping...chatted with all of them and all were so considerate and genuinely friendly. Room was fine for the rate..no complaints with consideration of value rate. Having a mini fridge and microwave was nice bonus for the value rate. "
