"The place was very simple and easy to find, the key/cardless check in was great, directions to the room were also good. The room itself was very nice and looked the exact same as the photos online. However I would just like to highlight a few points that I was not very happy with. The cleanliness of the bathroom area was not up to a great standard. "Beautiful property. Loved the character of the old mansion and the decor within the home. Check in was pleasant and easy. The TV channel selection was good compared to other places in our travels, which helps with children. Rooms were clean, however there was no soap provided to wash your hands in the room, which was inconvenient. Would have given more stars except for these niggles: Tried to book parking in advance and as other reviews say got nowhere… On arrival we were early for check-in but called the mobile number provided at the hotel, arranged parking and room key so all ok (we thought…) , then a slight hiccup getting in at end of our evening but was quickly sorted when I messaged and was sent a very helpful video!...
