"Stayed here for one night on new year's. Was a comfortable stay, our room was quite a way from the entrance - up and down stairs and corridors, not a problem for us but could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Room was a good size and had shower gels, tea and coffee. Comfy bed. Had dinner in the evening which was nice though seemed there was only 2 vegetarian options so a couple more would have been better. Breakfast was nice and a good amount of options. Staff were really friendly....

"The room was absolutely fine for one night's solo travel as I went to a friend's party. I didn't want to spend a fortune and the room was a good price in the right location. I hadn't expected tea and coffee making facilities, nor a hairdryer but was pleasantly surprised with both. The bed was comfy and clean. "Such a magical place to stay for the nearby town. All of the Harry Potter filming locations were awesome to see and the town was so chill. There was something very D&D about checking in with the bar keep to get a room at the Inn above the pub. We absolutely loved staying here, and everyone was extremely kind. "

The bathroom had swing doors which were stiff & noisy to open during the night & with an auto light sensor meant that when one of us got up to use the loo the other was woken up. Shame as it’s a lovely place & it wouldn’t put us off staying again. Also very handy location for Bristol airport. "
