"My wife and I paid £71 for one night which included breakfast. We chose this hotel because it had on-site underground parking and was located close to the Bristol City centre. We were surprised with the quality of our stay given the price. The room was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. The bathroom had a deep bathtub and a nice shower. What really surprised us was the selection of food on offer. We only had breakfast but I have to say, this is probably the best hotel I've used in the UK when it came to variety of food and drink for breakfast. We’ll definitely use Novotel again. "

"We warmly welcomed upon arrival. The gentleman who took our luggages to store before check in was very thorough in his suggestions on what to do for our 24 hour visit in the area. All the front staff were warm and that really made us want to come back to Bath. "

"Very central to shops, theatres and walks. Very well laid out room and excellent breakfast. Would definitely book again, even though parking is a short walk away at a multi storey the hotel give a discount. Really enjoyed our stay "

"The staff were phenomenal, Rachel, I believe her name was, was so welcoming the night we got there, so chatty and friendly, she made it seem like a home away from home, especially since we were so far away from home. The room was beautiful and so clean, I could’ve just lived in there forever, and the breakfast staff the morning after were so unbelievably kind, made sure we were well attended to, we definitely will be back next time we’re down there. I must say, the car park was slightly hard to find 😂 but that could have just been me, apart from that it was everything we could have asked for and more"
