"The best thing about the property was the staff, especially the staff at the workout facility and pool -Nyah was terrific and her high energy helped make the work outs fun. The cleaning staff was also great - especially Kishamka. The fact that there were so many dining options as great, although we would have liked more local foods on the menus."

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at Sugar Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived to departure, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Their hospitality truly made a difference and added to the overall experience. The resort itself is stunning, with easy and beautiful beach access. The views are breathtaking, and the beach is well-maintained and peaceful. The rooms were equally impressive—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities provided made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. "Ms. Cheryl Gustave (General Manager) and her staff were most accommodating to me and my family while we were visiting the island in February (2025). We had a very memorable 3-generational trip (mother, daughter & grandmother) and our stay here was no exception. Now, we plan to return to the property every time we visit St. Lucia and will certainly recommend it to others. I can't say enough about the service, food, drinks, shuttle to the other (3) Bay Gardens properties, which we had access to, and the serene atmosphere at Bay Gardens Hotel. The bartenders were great and the Rum Punch was even better! The hotel was recommended to us by family members and it did not disappoint. The pictures online accurately depicted the grounds. Well worth the money. I wish I had been a bit more adventurous and taken part in the Karaoke Night activities...maybe next time."
