"We really enjoyed our stay. The people are very nice. Our hotel room felt like a cabin. Refrigerator, microwave, television, whirlpool bath, hot water, everything worked. The towels and wash rags were a little flimsy, and the floor might have been vacuumed a teeny bit better, but for the rustic feel, everything was very nice. We would definitely come back. 4-wheel drive is a very good idea!"

"Nice room. Spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. We like the skink and vs it’s outside the toilet area, so this was good. Bed was super comfortable, bigger than a normal king size. Breakfast was good, with eggs and sausage, fruit and biscuits and gravy. All the usual items. Nice clean dining area. We typically stay her on our way to Florida. Nice place with nice folks. "

"This was a stay "back in time". Most importantly, it was clean and quiet. Our grandparents had homes like our room and we are now grandparents, so it was awhile ago. So, it was very nostalgic for us, but we felt unsafe in the bathroom. The shower curtains were in the bottom of the tub and would have been easy to trip up on. "Really fun and beautiful place. The Christmas decor was so thoughtfully placed and you can tell someone put a whole lot of effort making it cozy and beautiful! We didn't need anything. They had extra of everything! We definitely heard the squirrels at night, but we turned on a box fan to drown out the noise and we slept great in the super comfortable beds. Water pressure wasn't the best, and the dishes weren't super clean, but we ran them in the dishwasher and they were fine.Overall a really...
