"Reserved a quadriple room. Rooms were updated and clean. However, it was on the first floor so noise was an issue. There were also bugs and mosquitoes in the room. Asked for room service to take out garbage and new towels but didnt get it till the last day of our stay (stayed for 4 nights). Weird rule where you cant use your own linens. Free but slow wifi."

"The reviews told me the chances of getting bed bugs was likely. I did get bed bugs. And am now attempting to deal with this which continuing to travel. The actual place was okay but they need to fumigated. If you are ok with bedbugs it’s an okay place. Otherwise. Be warned. Also. The staff were not friendly or helpful in any manner. Basically did the bare minimum and did that under sufferance "

"Ostello is a great location, away from the touristy areas. My husband and I chose this place, for the 3rd time because it’s in a local & quiet neighborhood. There are about 3 restaurants and a gelato place within 3 min of walking. We stayed for a week (for the 3rd time) and here’s things to consider. You won’t be getting new towels, toilet paper and change of sheets, after staying many days, unless you ask. We stayed for a week, as a family of 4, and had to ask for new towels and more toilet...
