"Very clean and new. Rooms were hot! There is a law in Rome they cannot turn the air conditioning on in the winter so we had to sleep with the window of the bathroom open. Very loud outside of the hotel. I booked with free breakfast but was told that the hotel decided not to give it to me for whatever reason. I spoke with the front desk and they gave us only one day free but then j spoke with Expedia as well and they gave us one key cash which made up for it."

"It was a wonderful experience staying at Massini City Garden Hotel. The hotel is very clean. Customer service was very helpful and polite. The breakfast they had was already included in the hotel package. You have the option to have dinner as well but you would have to pay for the dinner buffet.
