"The property was very central to most tourist sites. Apart from one guy at the desk who greeted us the first night but never saw again, everybody was very kind and helpful. The room was clean. There were windows in the room but no safety and we had kids and the room was really high up so we couldn’t really open them. But it was a nice hotel. "

Loved the complimentary fridge, water and soft drinks replenished daily. Shampoo’s, conditioners etc also replenished daily. Our room was very quiet as we requested. Like a lot of areas around main train stations, there are signs of homelessness but it still feels a very safe area. Very well placed for tourist attractions either by metro or by walking too. "

"Beds were comfortable and clean. Hotel room smelled a little. The bathroom could have been a little more cleaner. Other than that fulfilled its purpose for staying one night before flight. Had an early flight and was not able to use the shuttle due to the first time is 4:30am and we need to be at the airport at 4am. So had to take an expensive uber. Would have been nice to use shuttle service if hours were better. "
