"We arrived Thursday Jan 30 and stayed through Sunday Feb 2, 2025 and had an amazing time. The staff at the front counter checking us in was amazing. They sent up a complimentary glass of Sparkling Wine and some fruit as a birthday gift to my travel companion and were very helpful with directions and recomendations. Shout out to the housekeeping staff and the front desk staff! You guys were GREAT! The rooms are small but have everything you need, the balcony is fabulous I sat out there in the morning sipping a complementary expresso which came with the room, watching the city come alive, The shower was clean with strong water pressure and the color changing mood light set a nice tone. I enjoyed my stay here "

"The hotel is located right in front of the Vatican Museum which was very convenient if you are visiting the Vatican. The receptionists were very helpful. The room was very clean & location is very safe."

"It was a wonderful experience staying at Massini City Garden Hotel. The hotel is very clean. Customer service was very helpful and polite. The breakfast they had was already included in the hotel package. You have the option to have dinner as well but you would have to pay for the dinner buffet. But it was worth it because it was great food. The staff there was excellent especially the staff in the restaurant Simoné and Bosé were very attentive and pleasant. Also the reception staff were as well. I would recommend it to everyone. "
