"Clean but tired hotel. Helpful staff, good location"

"We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

"The communication on whatsapp was top notch. But the place look so much bigger on the pictures. The quality of the beds is the bare minimum. At least everyone slept well, but expectations need to be set when booking this property."

"No work surfaces to prepare food. Ancient cooker with solid rings on the hob. Only place for the plastic kettle is on the hob. One socket for microwave, kettle and toaster. Only seating for 2 even though it sleeps 4. Tiny table with seating for 2. Tired grubby feeling throughout."

"Cant not fault the place. Its was clean, easy to gain access with it being unmanned, shops near by for food. Will stay again if in the area."

"At the last minute (day before) my accommodation was cancelled & I was given 2 alternative options, given the lateness I opted for one, it was good, but the instructions to enter underground car park & accommodation was extremely very poor, resulting in me getting very stressed & having to phone the letting agent, wasn't happy at all, they apologised & said they'd get back to me, after they read the instructions of an email I got, still awaiting their reply. Disappointed"

"A great 2 bed and 2 bathroom apartment and a fabulous location. A short walk on the quayside and you are in the centre of Newcastle and everything that offers. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay "

"Great central location albeit a little hard to find from the street. Flat is in need of redecoration and a proper clean. Dust all over, clumps of hair on the floor, the hardwood flooring has seen better days and is coming up in places. Be warned, lots of steps to get to property with no lighting. "
