The neighborhood is a nice, the driveway is a 2 car, parking is limited, the neighbors are not happy about renters and were a little passive aggressive by parking both of their cars in the street while we were trying to pull out of the driveway,so we had to park quite a ways up the street Then there is the security camera that whistles at you everytime you get out of your car or walk up to the door, it was annoying & felt like our coming and going was...

"My husband and I stayed here for about a week for our honeymoon. It's a very private location with a private locked gate to get on the private drive. The host was excellent and very accommodating and great with communication! They have everything you may need in the house from toothbrushes, feminine products, etc incase you need anything/forgot to bring something with you. The private pool is very fun, just be aware that since there is no net , lots of bugs get into it so you need to clean it...

"The pictures of this amazing vacation rental don't do it justice. All the beds are super comfortable. The rain shower head in the Master Bath gave that spa feel to every shower. The jacuzzi tub brougth relief to sore muscles after a kayaking trip and the pool was perfect regardless of what time of day or night we used it. The kitched was the most fully equipped that I have ever experienced. All the cookware was in excellent shape, the non-stick wasn't scrathed up and the pantry was so well...

"The property was very easy to locate! Ricardo was most accommodating answered questions very timely. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the TV although Ricardo did try to solve the problem we were never able to use it. Ricardo controls the temperature and we had to finally have him turn off the AC as it was freezing in the unit. Area between the 2 bedrooms could use a lamp for more light and a grab bar in the shower would be nice. The location was very convenient to our daughter...

It is a quiet duplex in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our extended stay and think, with a few improvements, it would be a great rental. "The negative: The master bedroom was extremely warm. I turned down the AC and got an automated email asking that we not lower the AC. I communicated with the host and was told not to worry, that I couls lower the thermostat. This was greatly appreciated. The positive: The house was clean and comfortable. The host was quickly responsive and accommodating. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Overall: The stay was pleasant and I’d book again."
